At Optimal Health Clinic, we take a calm, considered and personalised approach to health. Our aim is to help you better understand what your body may need, then guide you towards suitable therapies, testing, products or professional support where appropriate.
Whether you are looking for help with long-term wellbeing, targeted support, relaxation, health testing or specialist guidance, we are here to make the process feel clear, reassuring and tailored to you.
Optimal Health Clinic has been created for people who want more than a quick, one-size-fits-all approach to wellbeing. We understand that health can be complex, and that the right support often depends on looking at the bigger picture.
That is why our approach considers your lifestyle, symptoms, goals and wider health needs before recommending a treatment, test, therapy or product. We want every client to feel listened to, informed and supported, whether they are visiting for a one-off appointment or ongoing care.
Our clinic brings together a range of health, wellness and therapeutic options in a calm and professional setting, helping you choose the right next step with confidence.
We believe good health support should feel personal, practical and easy to understand. At Optimal Health Clinic, we take the time to listen, ask the right questions and explain your options clearly, so you can make informed decisions about your wellbeing.
Our services are designed to support different areas of health, from relaxation and recovery to testing, therapies and carefully selected products. Where a client may benefit from more specialist input, we can also signpost or consult with trusted professionals who bring additional knowledge in areas such as homeopathy, nutrition and integrative health.
This allows us to offer a more rounded experience, without pushing unnecessary treatments or making recommendations that do not fit your individual circumstances.
Health is rarely simple, and some cases benefit from additional professional input. Where appropriate, Optimal Health Clinic may consult with trusted practitioners who bring specialist experience in complementary and integrative health.
This helps us consider a wider picture and provide more informed guidance, especially where a client’s needs may sit outside a single therapy or treatment.
For cases where homeopathic remedies may be suitable, we may consult with Sonia O’Donnell, Director of Native Wisdom and a practitioner associated with NTA Health.
Sonia has experience in naturopathic homeopathy, natural health support and working with complex health presentations. Her input may be considered where a client could benefit from a homeopathic perspective as part of their wider wellbeing plan.
We may also consult with Marisa Matos, a Registered Integrative Nutritional Therapist. Marisa’s background includes microbiology, genetics, nutritional therapy and personalised lifestyle support.
Her input may be helpful in cases where nutrition, lifestyle, long-term wellbeing or complex health concerns need to be considered in more detail.
Please note that any external practitioner input or recommendation will be discussed where relevant. Not every client will need this level of support, and we will always aim to guide you towards the most appropriate option for your needs.
